Faith Valley Australian Shepherds

Thank you for choosing Faith Valley Aussies to bring this beautiful breed into your home! 

Aussies surely are a blessing in disguise and it makes me more than happy to give you the opportunity in owning one of these amazing dogs!

This puppy is the result of two purebred AKC Registered Australian Shepherds. We guarantee this puppy to be free of Major Diseases for a period of 24 hours from the date of sale. Said puppy is healthy and in sound condition when they leave our home and it is the buyer’s responsibility to keep the puppy from unhealthy environments once taken into buyer’s care until it has had the full vaccination regimen. 

 Our Aussies are genetically DNA tested through Paw print genetics or canine health check on the full Aussie panel, puppies will always be guaranteed free of hereditary or genetic diseases when leaving unless said otherwise. The genetic health guarantee does not cover any parasite infection (internal or external) as this is a treatable condition. Only untreatable and/or genetic diseases or defects will be considered under the seller’s health guarantee. Each case will be dealt with individually.

You will receive proof of the immunization schedule and record with the puppy,  FVA is No longer responsible for the continuance of vaccinations once puppy leaves our care.

If your puppy displays any indication of poor health within the first 72 hours, Faith valley must be contacted, and the puppy may be brought back or taken to your veterinarian for any necessary treatment. Keep in mind that the transition to a new home, new food, travel, etc., can cause the puppy to display common symptoms of hiding, a change in stool due to stress, lack of bowel movements at all, or small appetite for the first 24 hours. We have included a sample of our puppy food. Please use this food to transition your puppy to the food you will be feeding. Over the course of at least 5 days, you should gradually add the food you will feed until you have completed the transition. Do not change food all at once, or your puppy will have discomfort and loose stool.

But anything related to Vomiting, lethargy, complete loss of appetite, loose or bloody stools with no explanation must have action taken immediately.

We administer all necessary and age appropriate vaccinations and worming treatments for immunity to major diseases like parvo when under our care, but puppies are never fully immune until fully vaccinated and over 6 months of age. 

A deposit of $200 will be required to hold the puppy of your choice. Please note that any deposits sent prior to puppy pick up is non-refundable. Unless said otherwise or in circumstances of which I cannot provide the puppy, the puppy fell sick, or is not suitable to sell. If you are having to back out for a serious issue with proof given it can be discussed but otherwise deposits are non-refundable. 

This contract is between the breeder, Faith Valley Australian Shepherds, and the buyer listed below, said puppy was sold to the buyer on________ at the total price of_______

A non-refundable deposit of $______ was placed on said puppy on the above date. Leaving a balance of $______ to be paid at the time of pick up. 

Buyer should return said puppy back to Candace Reyna if anything is to happen and this puppy needs a place to go, or the puppy can be rehomed if discussed with me first.

Seller can not guarantee the adult height or weight of any puppy/dog. We do, however, try to determine the height/weight of the puppy based on the height/weight of the Sire and Dam.

All puppies from FVA are required to be registered under “Faith Valley” or “FVA” as a prefix in their official registration name. 

All puppies are sold with limited registration, meaning they will not be permitted under any circumstances for breeding purposes, unless discussed otherwise. And by signing below you are agreeing to spaying/neutering your puppy no later than 18 months of age or sooner, with proof given when it has been done.

Despite when you spay/neuter in this time you are required to do so under limited registration and agreeing to Not expose or breed, by accident or on purpose, the puppy before being altered.

Agreement to spaying/neutering by 18 months of age with purchase of a pet/companion puppy and puppy/dog will not be used for breeding purposes:

Puppies are eligible to leave my care at and no earlier than 10 weeks of age. 

If you can not pick up your puppy when they are ready I will hold your puppy up to 12-14 weeks old, but anything over will be at the buyers expense. 

If you can no longer take your puppy or back out unexpectedly I do apologize but the deposit or payments made before are non-refundable. 

But over all we will be happy to see you and grant you your puppy!
